A lawsuit filed in US District Court for the District of Nevada on Thursday accuses the unnamed operator of LiveMGM.com of incorporating the organization’s trademarks, including its famous lion logo design, for the purpose of ‘impersonating MGM and exchanging off of the fame that is substantial and customer recognition’ of the MGM title.

LiveMGM.com, a language that is chinese, is accused of pretending to be the real MGM in an attempt to ‘lure gamblers to gamble at its illicit website,’ according to the filing.

Fortress Investment Group, a publicly traded investment management firm based in ny City, is using former NFL star and Hall of Fame user Ronnie Lott to preserve the Raiders in the Bay Area. This week, the company resubmitted plans up to a develop a new 55,000-seat stadium to keep owner Mark Davis in town.

The proposition is rumored to price $1.3 billion, and you will be funded through Fortress putting up $600 million, the NFL and Raiders investing $500 million, and the City of Oakland funding $200 million. The football that is pro confirmed to news outlets that it had received the submission.

The same group previously presented a similar proposal, but the NFL rejected it on grounds that more information had been needed.
